Subtitles not working

Hi, I have a quick question. Am I the only one not seeing subtitles on 2nd season episode 1 of "ishura" (don't have time to check later episodes of S2 if it's the same, as it is late night when I'm writing this)? I don't know if the problem is on my side or the problem is with video file. Different servers option doesn't help and whatever the problem is, is there a way to fix it and why is it like that?
